Kid's Revolution - Childcare Center Serving School-Aged Youth

Kid's Revolution has operated in Cockeysville, Maryland for over three decades. The childcare center serves school-going children aged 5 to 12 and offers programs meant to foster mental and physical growth. Using a culture of positivity, Kid's Revolution also promotes character development by teaching core values. Among others, these include discipline, integrity, goal setting, and perseverance.

The center's primary services comprise two programs: an afterschool program and a summer camp. Its After School Program provides assistance with homework, healthy snacks, and fun activities. Kid's Revolution's Summer Camp Program includes children of families in Cockeysville, Timonium-Lutherville, Towson, and Hunt Valley. The program helps children make new friends and incorporates indoor and outdoor activities, as well as specialized field trips.

Established in 1990, Kid's Revolution became a licensed childcare center with the Maryland State Department of Education in 1998. Additionally, it accepts children of varying abilities from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The staff members are homegrown, having been enrolled in the program themselves while growing up. They understand the organization's needs because they experienced what it was like to be a participant firsthand.
